Measuring your ring size is easy, but it does need to be accurate. Please be sure to use a ring that you own and wear on the finger you would like your True Stone ring to fit on.

Method 1: Simply measure the inner diameter with a ruler, making sure you measure the widest points. Once you have measured your ring match the diameter to a ring size on our chart.

IMPORTANT: Our suggestions are not a guarantee of items fitting, but rather a guideline. We are unable to give you an exact suggestion as rings differ depending on the metal width and personal preferences on fit.

Custom-designed or modified jewelry, eternity rings, visibly worn jewelry, damaged items, altered/resized/engraved jewelry, improperly packaged returns, and items beyond the return window are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
